“I have read Underdog again, and I still don't understand why Dog's reaction when Wolf appears is so violent... I mean, I get how confused and angry Dog is for the things that have happened to him, but Wolf does not have a corruption precedent as Mauser has. Could you explain it to me?”

Basically, Dog does not trust anybody from his past life anymore. Mauser was pretty much like a father for all the unit and then he came off as a traitor. After paying him that visit, having Wolf (Canidae’s captain and thus, closest person to Mauser within the unit) lurking at his door, lead him into thinking he had ehm… dishonest intentions xD Nobody knew (nor could ever guess) they were alive, so it was kind of suspcious for him, even though it was an odd coincidence. Bad timing for Wolf there.
Furthermore, Dog is kind of resented towards the unit due to the news on TV, ‘cause it was a blatant lie yet nobody moved a finger to find out the truth (except Wolf).
In short, Black Dog is all about loyalty and once he’s beaten up, he would bite anymody trying to get close ot him hahaha
